Wendy, an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Certified Residential Specialist, is perhaps best known for her popular blog, the Seattle Condo Review, which is visited by over 5,000 individuals per month and is Seattle's oldest condo blog.  She is also regularly quoted in major news publications about the Seattle real estate market.

When she's not helping clients, Wendy helps manage a number of family real estate investments in Seattle as well as Europe and Asia.  She has also served on a major Seattle condo association board for many years and supports local charities such as Adopt a Street, Seattle Police Officers' Guild, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
